Vision and Mission
Heavenly Patron:
Our T T I is named after its heavenly patron, St. Francis of Assisi. He is known as the Second Christ who imbibed the values of Jesus and practiced them in his own life. The institute celebrates its Patron`s Day on 4th of October of every year.

Motto:
“Go ye and Teach all Nations” (Mt.28/19a) is our motto, the mandate given by Jesus Christ to his disciples. It is in the same spirit, thSt.Francis Assisi T T I exhorts its teacher trainees to impart their knowledge and experience to the world around.
Emblem:
To light a little candle in the backwardcoastal area of AlleppeyDistrict, so that the light of knowledge may shine forth in the hearts of the poor and the marginalized people of the land.

Mission:
A teacher, being a social engineer and facilitator of social transformation, has ample opportunities to foster a new society of enlightened students. Hence St. Francis Assisi T T I gives importance to form a new generation of teachers whobecome pioneers and catalysts in building up a society oflove, justice and freedom. The methodology of training adopted here is abreast with the new curriculum and latest pedagogy.
